How the 36-month cost is built

  • Recurring charges: committed kW times rent, the breakered circuit charge if that's the model, cross-connect monthlies, transit and remote hands. All step up by the escalator every 12 months.
  • Metered power: kW times average draw times 730 hours times billed PUE times the utility rate. It's a pass-through, so it stays flat. All-in and breakered set it to zero because the rate already covers power.
  • One-time: setup plus cross-connect installs. The total is 36 months of all of the above.
